Digital Products, Downloads & Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital patterns and other downloadable content purchased directly from CrossStitchStyleArte.com. We want every purchase to be clear, secure and easy to use.
Digital products and instant access
Digital products are supplied electronically. After successful payment, download access is normally provided through your CrossStitchStyleArte account and may also be included in your order email.
By choosing immediate access at checkout, you ask us to begin supplying the digital content without delay. Once download access has been provided, the purchase is final and cannot be cancelled simply because you changed your mind.
When we will help or provide a remedy
Your legal rights are not affected. Please contact us if:
- the purchased files were not supplied;
- a download link does not work or the files cannot be accessed;
- the files are corrupted or materially different from the product description; or
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
We will first try to correct the problem, replace the file or restore access. When the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, we may provide an appropriate refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
When refunds are not provided
Except where required by applicable law, refunds are not provided after download access has been supplied for:
- change-of-mind purchases;
- failure to read the product description or technical requirements before purchase;
- lack of compatible software, equipment or sufficient crafting experience;
- minor colour differences caused by screens, printers, fabric or thread batches; or
- files that have already been downloaded and are functioning as described.
Personalized digital products
Personalized or made-to-order digital products are created specifically for the customer. Once work has begun or the personalized file has been supplied, cancellation or refund is not normally available, except when the product is defective or does not match the agreed personalization.
Personal-use licence
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, digital patterns are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use only. Files and pattern content may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, uploaded or otherwise distributed in digital or printed form.
Purchases made on other platforms
Purchases completed through Etsy are also subject to Etsy’s policies and case procedures. Physical kits purchased through Amazon are handled under the applicable Amazon marketplace order, delivery and return policies.
How to contact us
If you have a problem with a digital purchase, email crossstitch.style.arte@gmail.com and include your order number and a short description of the issue. We will review the request and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
