2. Products and services

CrossStitchStyleArte offers creative products and services that may include:

• downloadable cross-stitch patterns and other digital files;
• personalized or made-to-order digital designs;
• access to StyleArte Studio, Interactive Stitching and related project tools;
• free calculators, guides and educational content; and
• physical craft kits displayed on the website and sold through Amazon or another stated marketplace.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Customers must review the listing, included files, dimensions, stitch count, materials, compatibility and personalization requirements before ordering.

Screen, printer, fabric and thread settings may produce minor colour differences. Images are illustrative unless the listing states that the exact pictured item is supplied.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and any other charges are shown before the order is submitted where the checkout system can calculate them.

Payment is processed by the payment method selected at checkout. An order is not complete until payment is successfully authorized. CrossStitchStyleArte does not store complete payment-card details.

5. Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation or digital access is issued. We may contact the customer if information is incomplete or if a product cannot be supplied.

Obvious pricing or technical errors may be corrected. If an affected order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and any payment received for the unavailable item will be returned.

7. Personalized products

The customer is responsible for providing correct names, spelling, dates, colours, photographs and other requested details. Personalization is produced from the information submitted with the order or project.

Once personalized work has begun, changes may not be possible. If CrossStitchStyleArte made an error or the supplied product does not match the agreed personalization, please contact us so the issue can be corrected.

8. Accounts and StyleArte Studio

Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity performed through their account. Access may be limited to the purchaser and to eligible projects or products associated with that account.

Studio features, previews, calculators and progress-saving tools are provided to support creative work. We may maintain, improve or replace features where reasonably necessary. Customers should keep copies of important downloaded files and generated documents.

9. Personal-use licence

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, digital patterns, charts, instructions, generated files and Studio outputs are licensed to the purchaser for personal use only.

You may not copy, share, upload, redistribute, resell, sublicense or make the files available to another person in digital or printed form. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design.

10. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, bypass purchase or account controls, extract or reproduce protected content at scale, introduce harmful code, misuse another customer’s information or use the services for unlawful purposes.

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, intellectual property or legal rights.

11. Cancellations, refunds and remedies

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the type of product, whether digital access has begun, whether personalization work has started and the mandatory law that applies to the customer.

If a digital file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible or not as described, contact us with the order number and a short explanation. We will first try to restore access, correct or replace the file and will provide any further remedy required by applicable law.

12. Amazon, Etsy and external platforms

A purchase completed on Amazon, Etsy or another external marketplace is a transaction on that platform and is also governed by its checkout, delivery, cancellation, return and dispute procedures.

Physical kits shown on this website may link to Amazon. In that case Amazon manages the marketplace checkout, shipment and applicable order procedures. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

13. Intellectual property

The CrossStitchStyleArte name, branding, product images, artwork, patterns, charts, written content, software, page design and other original materials are protected by intellectual-property law. No use is permitted beyond the licence expressly granted with the relevant product.

14. Availability and technical operation

We work to keep the website and digital services available, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting, payment services, internet failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for using a compatible device, browser, PDF reader, printer or other equipment described in the product information.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it for information about data use, service providers, retention and privacy rights.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or consumer-resolution bodies that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
